When attending site to complete the required compliance testing, we also walk the building and provide a detailed report of any maintenance issues found on site (together with accompanying photographs), to alert the property manager to any maintenance issues arising.
To aid property managers, we are able to provide meter readings whilst on site.
Not only for the landlord’s meter but those of individual tenants, should this be required. Further, we are able to produce a standard utilities form for the communal notice board. The form is updated with monthly readings, thus reducing meter reading requests made to property managers.
We can also provide training in the testing of all fire maintenance systems to any relevant parties, should this be required.
We are also able to complete small maintenance repairs such as lightbulb replacement and replacement of stair nosing, whilst on site.
This ensures a cost saving for your clients, as it alleviates the requirement to issue a separate contractor to make a small repair,
which would normally incur travel costs.
We are able to supply and fit the required fire safety boxes for the storage of the on-site PPM documents.
We are also able to supply and fit any required health and safety signage, together with cigarette bins should they be needed.
During our site visit, should we identify any serious fire or maintenance issues,
we would ensure we provide immediate notification to your designated team member via telephone and email.
As well as providing the PPM document via email to your designated team member after each visit, we also complete the onsite PPM folder specifically created for each development. Thus ensuring an onsite record is also retained for the use offire risk assessors, fire services and any relevant contractors.
